Individual Therapy

By creating a safe space, individual therapy provides a warm and caring environment where we can explore spiritual, interpersonal, sexual, racial trauma and emotional challenges that are affecting you in your everyday life.
We offer in-person or virtual sessions.
We only work with individuals who are 18+.

Speaking Engagements

As mental health professionals and part of the Black and racialized communities, we are often asked to speak at regional, provincial, and national conferences about the implementation of anti-racist interventions, the realities of mental health in our Black and racialized communities and how to navigate potential harmful spaces.

If you are interested in having us as a guest speaker to one of your events, please book a consultation for more information.

Clinical Supervision

Clinical supervision is an important part of your professional and personal development. It is considered by many to be the most valuable learning experience for psychotherapists. Through collaboration with the clinical supervisor and your colleagues, you will develop clinical skills and gain awareness and insight about your practice. Clinical supervision takes place in a group or individually, on a weekly basis or as needed.

If you are interested in getting clinical supervision, please contact us.

We offer in-person or virtual clinical supervision.

External Placements for Students

We believe in helping one another strive for greatness. Education is a lifelong process of sharing that is never finished for both the student and the supervisor. A placement also allows us to develop openness towards others, confidence and self-esteem. We hope to contribute to the professional learning and personal growth of students.

We offer external placements in counselling, psychotherapy, and social work.

If you are interested in doing your placement with us, please contact us.
